How do I open an account for my business?
Opening an account with DonutExpress™ is very easy. Visit our 'New Account' page and fill out the form. One of our team members will be in touch with you to assign your account details.

Am I able to order directly through DonutExpress™?
Our distributions channels vary based on your needs. We supply many distribution partners with our product lines, which gives you easy access through distributors in your area. Purchasing direct is an option for some of our product lines as well. You will be able to discuss all of your needs and our accomodations with your assigned account manager.

How long does shipping take?
We have various shipping options for various products and geographic locations. For frozen shipments, we require multiple full pallets to meet the shipping minimums. For single case orders we are able to accommodate through UPS in North America, offering various express shipping options. With this shipping method, it is shipped at ambient temprature and you will freeze the product when it is received.

Is your production facility peanut free?
Yes! Our production facility is peanut free. All of our products are safe to consumer for those with peanut allergies. Please contact us through our 'Contact' page for ingredients decks on any of our products.

What are your hours of operation?
Our production facility runs around the clock. Our front office hours are 9am to 4pm from Monday to Friday. Please call us or email us with all of your questions and our team will be happy to assist.
