CFIA - HACCP Certified Facility
Our company complies with the key regulatory body overseeing food safety in Canada. The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA), works to protect consumers by enforcing regulations related to food safety, labeling, and product standards.
We are required to adhere to strict guidelines outlined in the Food Safety Enhancement Program (FSEP), which is administered by the CFIA. FSEP is a preventative approach to food safety that focuses on identifying and controlling hazards throughout the food production process. This includes implementing measures such as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), sanitation procedures, HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) plans, and employee training programs.
Our manufacturing safety practices prioritize the implementation of comprehensive food safety management systems to mitigate risks and ensure the production of safe and high-quality cake batter donut products for our clients and their consumers both domestically and internationally.
